The CADMen NFT Project
What Is This Project All About?
CADMen are precision designed NFTs made in Solidworks CAD software and rendered with Solidworks Visualize. This project was born out of the boredom of COVID lockdowns in Michigan in 2020 and 2021. It's the only Solidworks created NFT project that I'm aware of.
Each trait was individually modeled and rendered in Solidworks. There is a good mix of humor, pop culture, and sports in these images. Each NFT will have a rarity ranking to it, rarer traits will make your NFT more desirable, and collectible. Included among the 5000 unique NFTs are 25 fully rendered 1/1s, that are all equally rare.
This is a no-frills PFP (Profile Pic) project that is intended for fun! I’m no artist, I’m just a CAD and NFT junkie that wants to enter the NFT space using CAD Generated artwork. I think the final product looks pretty damn good and makes a good profile pic for Twitter, or other apps (Solidworks PDM users you can use this as your profile image in PDM as well).
